Founded in 2018 by 3 passionate entrepreneurs, Le Phare aims to become a major player in the digital transformation in Côte d'Ivoire by creating an ecosystem around digital technologies.

Doctor in Pharmacy, Daniel has worked in three major branches of the sector, namely Distribution, Pharmacy and Industry. This varied experience gave him a good understanding of different functions within companies. His rigor, his communication skills, and his analytical skills have allowed him to meet many challenges within ROCHE Laboratories in a commercial role. His managerial abilities allowed him to double the turnover of a pharmacy in one year by setting up an efficient organization and developing the team.
Passionate about leadership, he has distinguished himself in non-profit organizations by leading young people like him to excellence by pushing them out of their comfort zones, in order to become a better version of themselves. This passion led him to be certified by John C. Maxwell’s, No. 1 expert in Leadership, as Coach, Speaker, Teacher and Trainer of the John Maxwell Team (JMT). He is part of the JMT Executive Director class as a professional coach in company coaching. He is one of the representatives of the Swiss Leaders Group in Francophone Africa. He is the Co-Founder of IMP'ACT firm (Improve your Act) and dedicates his life to helping organizations and individuals reach their full potential.
Marie-Ange Nouroumby graduated from the University of Michel de Montaigne, Bordeaux, France, with a Master’degree in Communication of Organizations. As professional in international communication and public relations for the past 10 years, she has successively put her expertise in strategic and integrated communication at the service of her passion for development issues, orienting her career from private sector in Europe to finance institutions development in Africa.
After serving as Head of Communication and Press Relations in the Finance and Market Research sectors in London, UK, she joined the African Development Bank in 2014 as a project communications specialist for the Department of Agriculture, then joined the team of the Special Envoy for Gender in 2015. In 2017, she joined the senior public administration by assuming the position of head of communication within the National Steering Committee of Public-Private Partnerships (CNP-PPP) in the Presidency of Côte d'Ivoire
Since March 2018, Marie-Ange Nouroumby is the founder and CEO of Development Communication Africa (DCA) which intends to guide the development, and to lead the implementation of the communication strategy to promote inclusive and sustainable growth in Africa.
Prince antoine NDAYE graduated in Economic Ethics and is a Master of Public Law in diplomatic and consular relations. He has successively held the positions of Area Manager Central/EastAfrica and Manager African Countries at SUMINISTROS SA/ SCHAEFFLER FAG-INA KG. He was also Managing Director of the Compagnie Ivoirienne de Représentation Commerciale (CIRECOM) and OPERA Build & Trade, Associate Director in charge of Lobbying and Legal Affairs of the public affairs firm ACACIA L&C. Today, CEO of Peter & Success, Cabinet Consulting in Lobbying, Mr Prince-Antoine NDAYE is the President of the Association of Councils in Lobbying and Public Affairs of Côte d'Ivoire (ACLAP-CI).

Internship : Community Manager - Digital
The community manager is the primary point of contact for the community and acts as the “face” of our collaborative space.
Design, plan and produce quality content for Le Phare’s social media platforms and digital screens
Ensure an effective digital monitoring of Le Phare business lines and communicate information to the relevant teams and develop action plans
Propose strategies to increase engagement rate and help analyze data collected, produce reports, make recommendations
